John Bean Managing Member of the Company. Mr. Bean has developed or managed the development of thirty (30) landfill gas projects totaling over 150 MW’s since 1990. John Bean brings a special perspective to G2's projects. As Vice President of Browning Ferris Industries Landfill Gas to Energy program for nine years, John had the unique opportunity to develop energy projects from the perspective of the landfill owner. John recognizes the sensitive relationships between operating a well field under compliance requirements while securing gas quantity and quality for an electric plant. He has worked closely with landfill personnel on gas to energy projects throughout the United States while successfully maintaining that balance between owner and developer.

John has achieved a significant record of success and developed substantial relationships with major electric utilities and the renewable energy industry, serving as President of the Texas Renewable Energy Industry Association Board. Mr. Bean is experienced in all phases of development including contract negotiations, permitting interconnection and construction. He was inducted into the SWANA Landfill Gas Hall of Flame in 2002 for his contributions to the industry. He holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas in Austin. In addition to being Vice President and Director of Landfill Gas Marketing at Browning Ferris Industries over a nine (9) year period he was Senior Vice President, Development at Energy Developments Inc. for over three (3) years. He also served six months as Interim President of Energy Developments Inc.

Rodney Jones Managing Member of the Company. For 23 years Mr. Jones was in the private practice of law handling business matters nationwide for domestic and international clients ranging from structuring business transactions to dispute resolution. He has substantial experience with all phases of commercial and government construction. Subsequently, Mr. Jones was Vice-president and General Counsel of a two billion dollar international manufacturing business for a period of seven years where he had primary responsibility for all contract negotiations, business relationship and financial security arrangements, intellectual property management, environmental and other regulatory compliance and all government affairs activities. In that capacity he also structured over 60 million dollars of capital contracts annually.

Mr. Jones holds a business administration degree from the University of Kentucky and a law degree from Emory University in Atlanta. Mr. Jones is responsible for all of the contract, business structure, tax, licensing, regulatory compliance and corporate governance requirements of the LLC.

Nicholas King Managing Member of the Company. Following early years in procurement at both Raytheon and Honeywell corporations he entered the consulting field and today has more than 20 years of experience in all facets of the industry – particularly human resource development, business process re-engineering, project management, supply chain, organization design, strategic alliance development and sales.

In his position, he managed and led many aspects of Ontario Hydro’s entry into the de-regulated energy markets – this task required the formation of a world class group of suppliers, Williams Energy, Lucent, Bell Canada, EDS and CIBC to form this venture. Recently, Mr. King led design teams for Ingersoll’s global de-centralization initiative, the integration of the Fannie May and Fannie Farmer organizations, the move to a central maintenance facility for the Los Angeles MTA, the re-engineering of Coca-Cola’s global marketing processes, the privatization of PowerSmart Inc., a work simplification program for American Express and the development of world class business processes for Union Bank of California.
